Each craftswoman takes liberties to augment the traditional design with idiosyncratic color choices as they embroider the pillows by hand over several weeks. The results are unique pillows that reflect the personality of the hands that made them. Plain, dyed linen is sewn on the opposite side and includes a feather/down insert.
