The inspiration for the this blanket comes from the Moiré phenomenon, a visual effect that occurs when two striped patterns are placed on top of each other creating the appearance of motion. Bislett is a well known stadium in Oslo: a place with special significance for the fabric designer, Hallgeir Homstvedt.
