Sarah Wertzberger is an artist and designer whose work emerges through investigations in woven structures, color relationships, and material experimentation. This handwoven piece blends cotton and polyester into a pattern referencing early 2000s home weavers who experimented with computer-aided looms to create curves and blurs—visual effects that are rare in handloom weaving. The visual language is also informed by iridescent polar stratospheric clouds, giving the work a shifting, luminous quality as the light changes.
