Here this form is glazed in layers of KPFA and Hematite. The resulting interaction of the glazes in the kiln produces a dynamic, semi-matte and highly textural surface. The large wiped rim offers a distinct counterpoint to the bold glaze and also showcases the color of the clay we love.Â
